1. Leadership Development
   
a. Consulting. Many of us find we do our best work in partnership with someone else. Clients have worked with us as their thought partner to develop their programmes for leaders in the organisation.

We have collaborated and consulted with clients to design programmes for organisation to develop leadership.
  
b. 360º Feedback Systems to provide leaders with meaningful feedback from Boss, Peers and Staff. 

The 360º assessment approach has emerged as a method to fill the information void organisations face. It gathers perceptions from people all around the leadership/manager to provide a broader view of human performance. To keep up with the pace of change in the modern working environment, businesses have to evolve and adapt. The exact same rule can be applied to individuals. Very often people need to develop new skills to meet the changing demands of their role. However, it is not always easy for an individual to pinpoint his or her own strengths, weaknesses and development needs. This is particularly the case in team environments where success is judged in terms of a group’s collective achievement.

In these situations, 360° feedback processes can make a real difference. By drawing together the views of an individual’s manager, peers and direct reports to produce a combined review of performance, these systems can provide valuable information for personal development planning

c. Leadership Programmes for Middle Managers 

This programme is designed specially for managers who have not had any previous people management or leadership training. It can be used with or without a 360º feedback component (although we strongly recommend that 360º feedback be included). If a 360º feedback is included an additional half day is needed. This can be achieved by extended sessions.
  
d. Senior Leadership Development Programme

Senior Executives seldom have the time or inclination to sit through training programmes. Even if they have never attended any leadership development programmes, they will be sceptical of the validity or utility of classroom development experiences. Those who are not sceptical are still too busy to devote 3 or more days to training events. To attract and retain the commitment of senior executives we need to employ appropriate design features. These include: 
  
•  Reframing the programme as “clinic” or “briefings” rather than training sessions.
•  Keeping sessions short: From half a day to 1½ days per session.
•  Providing personally relevant information that they have not previously received.
•  Ensuring that the contents are relevant to their career advancement or to accomplishing organisational objectives.

3. Psychometric Tools
   
One of the psychometric tools that we used often in our leadership programmes is PAPI™ (Personality & Preference Inventory). PAPI is a complete process of Web-based assessment that helps employers to solve the most pressing selection and development questions. Using this hi-tech personality measure, businesses can quickly understand how a candidate will perform if selected for a role, and how existing staff will need to develop before they can be promoted to another position. PAPI contains a wide range of different components that are available in on-line, CD-Rom and traditional paper formats, including: Job profiling facilities (PAPI Job Profiler and Job Profiler Online); Two personality assessment questionnaires (PAPI™ and PAPI-N™); Competency and role-based interview guides; E-learning user training modules (PAPI e-learning).
